Gary Jepson
President / CEO
Mr. Jepson was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of CTMC in December 2001. Prior to that, he served in a variety of executive positions within health care, including Chief Executive Officer of Tahlequah City Hospital (99 beds, Tahlequah, Oklahoma), Chief Operating Officer of Southeast Texas Rehabilitation Hospital (60 beds, Beaumont, Texas), Chief Executive Officer of Beaumont Medical Surgical Hospital (250 beds, Beaumont, Texas), and Chief Financial Officer of Humana Hospital Tacoma (155 beds, Tacoma, Washington).
Mr. Jepson started his hospital career as a management trainee at Glendale Adventist Medical Center and has worked in various finance-related areas prior to his first administrative position. Altogether, Mr. Jepson has 29 years of hospital work experience. Mr. Jepson received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Walla Walla College in 1976 and his Master of Science of Healthcare Administration from Trinity University in 1992.

Richard Boggess
Vice President / CFO
Mr. Boggess grew up in California, Oregon and Indiana. In 1993, he graduated from Southern Adventist University in Tennessee with a bachelor's degree in Accounting. He is a CPA licensed in Kentucky. He served as an accountant at Florida Hospital Waterman and advanced to Finance Manager before moving to Adventist Health System's corporate team in 1998. As Decision Support Coordinator for AHS, he was responsible for Cost Accounting of the multi-state hospital group of 15 facilities.
In 2002, he became the Chief Financial Officer for Manchester Memorial Hospital in Kentucky. There he was responsible for all financial and facilities aspects. In January 2007, Mr. Boggess moved to San Marcos where he now serves as CFO for Central Texas Medical Center. He is married to Janet Keiper and they are raising two sons, Andrew and Aaron.

Lana Cameron
Vice President for Nursing / CNO
Lana Cameron is the Vice President/Chief Nursing Officer for CTMC. Previously, she served the hospital for nine years as Director of Patient Care Services. She has 20 years of nursing experience, including work as a clinical educator at Christus Santa Rosa-McKenna and with the Baptist Health System in San Antonio.
She holds specialty certification in Intensive Care nursing. Lana earned her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and a master’s degree in Nursing from Texas A&M University. She is a member of Texas Organization of Nurse Executives and the Texas Nurses Association. Lana and her husband Joseph have five children, Chris, Bradley, Phillip, Amanda and Zachary.
