Patient Satisfaction

   

When it comes to patient satisfaction, Physical Therapy and
Rehabilitation at CTMC makes the grade.

Since 2009, CTMC's Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center has ranked in the 99th
percentile for patient satisfaction. These numbers are based on surveys taken by patients who
receive treatment at our facilities. The graph below illustrates our progress since 2009 based on
patient response for helpfulness of registration, standard tests and treatments and the likelihood
that they would recommend CTMC to others for physical therapy and rehabilitation services.
