CTMC Honors Team Members for Service Milestones
(San Marcos, Texas) – CTMC and Live Oak Health Partners held a banquet this week to celebrate service milestones. On Tuesday, 82 team members were honored, representing 980 combined years of service. Those reaching 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 35 and 40 years were recognized. Dora Capetillo earned a standing ovation for her 40-year anniversary. The banquet is held each spring and each honoree receives a gift.
CTMC President/CEO Anthony Stahl noted, “Across the country, the average hospital employee stays for four and a half years, so we feel tremendously blessed to have a family of team members who have dedicated decades to our healthcare ministry. For several of them, this was their very first job out of school and they are with us still.”
Human Resources director Debbie Cox congratulated Dora Capetillo for her 40 year achievement, “Dora is an important part of our Food and Nutrition Services department, helping to feed our patients and guests. She has done many jobs during her 40 years – prepping, dishwashing, stocking and helping new team members get acclimated. During this time, she indirectly touched over 600,000 patients.”
