About Live Oak Health Partners
Live Oak Health Partners (LOHP) was formed January 1, 2012 by the joining of two existing medical practices in San Marcos: Central Texas Medical Associates and Specialty Physicians of Central Texas. It is the first locally operated multi-specialty group in Hays County. Our 19 Primary Care and Specialty Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practioner provide high-quality coordinated medical care to the citizens of Hays County and the surrounding communities. LOHP operates the clinical services at the Hays County Personal Health Department, providing family care, well child exams, prenatal care and immunizations to Hays County residents in need.
LOHP has four offices – 2 locations in San Marcos, one in Kyle and another in Wimberley – with plans to expand to other locations in San Marcos and in Lockhart in 2013.
