For the past decade, Scott Yarbrough has served on the Central Texas Medical Center Foundation Board of Directors. His family moved to San Marcos in 1966 from Houston, and he graduated from San Marcos High School. Today, he owns the Yarbrough Agency insurance company and is an active member of the San Marcos community.

When learning stops, mental abilities will decline. There is plenty a person can do to fight the decline of cognitive function, and it’s never too late to start.
