CTMC Hosts Cottage Kitchen Friday, May 11
Central Texas Medical Center (CTMC) is proud to sponsor the Cottage Kitchen luncheon on Friday, May 11 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Charles S. Cock House Museum, located at 400 W. Hopkins Street in San Marcos.
The lunch will feature chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, dessert and a beverage for $8 (cash and checks accepted only). All proceeds benefit the Heritage Association of San Marcos, an organization that supports the preservation of historic buildings and celebrates the culture and traditions that beautify and enrich the San Marcos community.
CTMC is proud to participate in the Cottage Kitchen tradition that helps preserve the heritage of our great city,” said CTMC President and CEO Anthony Stahl. “CTMC has supported this cause for many years, and we look forward to once again serving a delicious meal to community members.”
Cottage Kitchen began more than 40 years ago inside the Charles S. Cock home, a historic stone house that is now listed in the National Register. Charles S. Cock was a pioneer and a former mayor of San Marcos.
