Deadline Nears for Grant Applications

CTMC WOMEN’S COUNCIL

GRANT APPLICATIONS DEADLINE THIS WEEK


SAN MARCOS, TX
– The Women’s Council of the Central Texas Medical Center (CTMC) Foundation reminds potential applicants seeking an Impact Grants to Hays County non-profit organizations that serve women and children that the deadline to submit Grant applications is this Friday, Feb. 17.

 


Now in its second year of operation and having grown to 66 women strong, the Women’s Council will be awarding $20,000 in grants to qualified non-profits and will place a special focus on funding for organizations and programs which focus on critical issues including poverty, violence and improving access to healthcare and education for women and children in Hays County.

 

Applications for a CTMC Foundation Women’s Council Grant must be completed and sent electronically to the CTMC Foundation office at CTMFoundation@ahss.org on or before the deadline, February 17, 2012. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered. Applications can be found on our website, www.ctmc.org.

 


The Women’s Council will host a Spring Social on March 8 to give current members and potential new members a chance to network .  The event will be held from 5:30 – 7 p.m. at the Purgatory Creek Apartments Clubhouse.

 


For an annual donation of $250, any area woman can join the CTMC Women’s Council and provide meaningful opportunities for deserving women and children throughout Hays County.
