Live Oak Health Partners welcomes ear, nose and throat specialist Dr. Brooks Mullen
SAN MARCOS, TEXAS – Live Oak Health Partners (LOHP), the largest multi-specialty medical practice in Hays County, today announced that Dr. Brooks Mullen has joined their team. Mullen, an ear, nose and throat (ENT) specialist, is now seeing patients at Live Oak’s specialty office located in San Marcos. He will work alongside Dr. Michael Blair providing ENT services to the community.
Mullen has been practicing in Central Texas since 1986, most recently operating an independent ear, nose and throat clinic in Seguin. For more than two decades, Dr. Mullen has been affiliated with Central Texas Medical Center (San Marcos), Guadalupe Regional Medical Center (Seguin), Christus Santa Rosa Hospital (New Braunfels) and Warm Springs Specialty Hospital (Luling). He has served in many roles on the Guadalupe Valley Hospital medical staff, including three chairman appointments.

Mullen earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and completed residencies in surgery and otorhinolaryngology in the Bexar County Hospital District. He has been married to his wife, Barbara, for 19 years and has two children named Brooks and Paul.
