CTMC is forming a Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) to promote patient and family-centered care through patient and provider partnership. The council will partner patients and families with members of the healthcare team to provide guidance on how to improve the patient and family experience.
We are looking for CTMC associates and CTMC patients and family members who will meet monthly.
Council members: Are passionate about improving quality of care; Represent the communities CTMC serves; Want to be advocates for patient and family-centered healthcare; Want to give input on issues that impact care, and; Want to collaborate on policy and program development.
